Dr. Candice Duvieilh is a devoted toddler mom, the wife of a disabled veteran, and a proud North Alabamian. A government accounting expert and former public school teacher, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her vision for the region.
A devoted Swiftie with a reliable dance move or two, Candice brings energy, humor, and joy wherever she goes. She stays fully present, deeply committed, and invested in the people and places that make North Alabama home.
Candice earned a BA in Public Policy, a Master’s in Public Administration, and a Doctorate in Education because she believes leadership requires preparation. Her classroom experience and command of policy and infrastructure equip her to use resources wisely, strengthen schools, and hold government accountable for results.
